简易脑脊液置换治疗蛛网膜下腔出血性头痛

摘要：目的：探讨脑脊液置换术治疗蛛网膜下腔出血头痛的临床疗效。方法：将我院近年来收治的28例蛛网膜下腔出血性患者随机分为腰穿置管脑脊液置换组和对照组，治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予等容等压大量脑脊液置换，对照组常规甘露醇脱水降颅压治疗，15d后对比治疗效果及其头痛持续时间。结果　治疗组有效12例，总效率85.71%，对照组有效7例，总有效率50.0%，治疗组治疗效果优于对照组。两组在头痛持续时间均具有显著性差异（P0.05）。结论：腰穿脑脊液置换治疗SAH具有显著的临床疗效。
